The faulty gas pedals that prompted Toyota to suspend U.S. sales of eight of its most popular models — including the Camry, America's best-selling car — are also in its vehicles sold in Europe, an official with the automaker said Wednesday.

The automaker said the U.S. sales suspension includes the following models: the 2009-2010 RAV4, the 2009-2010 Corolla, the 2007-2010 Camry, the 2009-2010 Matrix, the 2005-2010 Avalon, the 2010 Highlander, the 2007-2010 Tundra and the 2008-2010 Sequoia.

I think the Toyota's problems with sticky accelerators was because of the pedalmaker who forgot to wash his hands after eating a honey bun.

Another Prius speeds out of control, N.Y. police say.

Poor Toyota...Why several errors are suddenly coming up...It is scary thought that car will keep going at 94 Mph and driver will be helpless to stop the car.

All that matters to the company are the profits. Lets wait and see how many more before they decide to 'really' do something about it. Sometimes, I feel, these acceleration / brake problems are 'publicity stunts' or competitor tricks, but we are not entirely aware about the facts.

Recently, I read a consumers report online and the rating is now like 1) Subaru 2) Honda 3)Toyota and so on.....ab toh jaldi hi Top 10 ke baahar hone waale hai agar aise incidents hote rahe to.
